Everyone can become a hafiz!
In this app, Lantern Nureen becomes your personal Quran trainer with targeted exercises tailored to your learning style and pace. With consistency, you can memorize the entire Quran, inshaallah.
The app is being designed for Muslims of all ages:
Adults and older children: Exercises with listening and personalized feedback, as well as engaging drills to build mastery.
Younger children: Learning through stories and mini-games that bring tafsir to life.
We’re starting with the adult version and expanding to younger age groups. The adult version serves as the technical foundation for the kids’ app. Gamification and storytelling are layered on top to keep children motivated and convey the message of the surah in age-appropriate ways.
We have begun production of the adult version and are currently working on the user interface and Automatic Speech Recognition integration. Below you’ll see concept images showing how Nureen personalizes herself: user Huda gets a program that matches her goals, schedule, and pace, with short exercises in structured daily sessions.
