At Nureen, we have mapped out plans for multiple apps covering basic Islamic fundamentals. The next phase focuses on execution. May Allah bless these plans and help us achieve them with His guidance and the support of our community.
Progress to Date
We have completed the foundational work needed to begin production.
- Mapped basic Islamic fundamentals for the Quran, Arabic, History, and Habits apps.
- Planned expansion into physical products and community-driven projects, such as the Story Creator app.
- Created a detailed Minimal Viable Product (MVP) blueprint for the Quran Adult version (for fluent readers).
Six-Month Plan
Product Development (Months 1-6)
- Finalize MVP specifications for the Quran app
- Begin MVP production with volunteers or external developer
- Pilot test the MVP and implement improvements
- Launch MVP publicly on website and app stores
Organizational Setup (Months 3-6)
- Recruit board members
- Register Nureen as a nonprofit
Growth Strategy
The MVP Quran Trainer includes a donation feature to fund expansions. Initially, we work linearly: completing one app phase before moving to the next. Once Nureen has sufficient people and resources, small teams will execute projects in parallel, accelerating the development of all core apps. Where possible, we involve our Muslim community in building the apps and games.
