Community Engagement Lead

Purpose

Build relationships with schools, teachers, and users; organize product testing and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit pilot schools for app testing
• Coordinate with teachers for user feedback and refinement cycles
• Gather data on student learning outcomes and app usability
• Organize focus groups or testing sessions with target age groups
• Maintain ongoing communication with school partners
• Report findings to the board and product team
• Build and nurture a community of practitioners using Nureen apps

Qualifications

• Background in education, school administration, or community engagement
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience coordinating pilots or user testing (formal or informal)
• Understanding of Dutch education system and Islamic school networks
• Project management capabilities, including tracking feedback, timelines, and stakeholders

Time Commitment

5–7 hours per month
